Volleyball Game Preview: Manassas Park Cougars vs. Culpeper County Blue Devils

The Manassas Park Cougars will venture away from home to face off against the Culpeper County Blue Devils at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Cougars on Wednesday. Manassas Park came up short against Kettle Run, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for Manassas Park in their meetings with Kettle Run: they've now lost six in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-7, 25-6.

Meanwhile, Culpeper County lost 3-0 to Caroline on Wednesday.

Manassas Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Culpeper County, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.

Manassas Park couldn't quite get it done against Culpeper County in their previous meeting back in August of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Cougars avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
