Basketball Recap: Northern Bedford County Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Northern Bedford County can now relate to. They took a blow against the Conemaugh Township Indians on Wednesday, falling 57-19. The match marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

They got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of Alex Kochara and Wesley Horsh, who each put up five points.

Conemaugh Township's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Stephen Stango, who went 6-for-12 en route to 15 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Erik Mcclemens, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten rebounds.

Northern Bedford County is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-18. As for Conemaugh Township, their victory bumped their record up to 17-7.
