Football Game Preview: Timber Lake vs. Lemmon/McIntosh

Lemmon/McIntosh have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will challenge Timber Lake on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.

Everything went Lemmon/McIntosh's way against Dupree two weeks ago as the squad secured a 48-0 victory. Lemmon/McIntosh were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Last Friday, Timber Lake put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They put a hurting on Bison to the tune of 52-0.

Their wins bumped Timber Lake to 5-0 and Lemmon/McIntosh to 2-2. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up these teams can run up the score.
