Trenton Miles leads Pawhuska to victory over Dewey

The Pawhuska Huskies came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Dewey by a score of 36-28. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Pawhuska also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Trenton Miles was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Pawhuska's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lane Kyler, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
Pawhuska pushed their record up to 12-10 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Dewey, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9.
Pawhuska will be playing at home against Pawnee at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dewey, they will head out on the road to face off against Caney Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
