Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Emma Kincaid and Sara Sahlhoff Lead Bremen to Victory

Bremen had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the South Central Satellites by a score of 2-0. For the Lions, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Satellites walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

While Bremen won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-11.

Leading Bremen to victory were Sara Sahlhoff and Emma Kincaid. Sahlhoff had 12 digs, five kills, and one block, while Kincaid had 15 assists and four digs. What's more, Kincaid posted two kills, the most she's had since back in October of 2024.

Bremen's record is now 3-0. As for South Central, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Looking ahead, Bremen will challenge Central Noble at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Knox on the 18th.
