Big Walnut won the last time they faced Westerville North and things went their way on Thursday too. The Golden Eagles came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 3-1.

Big Walnut had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-21.

Leading Big Walnut to victory were Peyton Gordon and Audrey Coulson. Gordon had 16 digs and three assists, while Coulson had ten digs and three aces. That's the most aces Coulson has posted since back in August.

Big Walnut has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Westerville North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
