Baseball Recap: Lancaster Catholic Comes Up Short

If Lancaster Catholic was feeling good fresh off their 7-0 takedown of Lancaster Mennonite last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Crusaders took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northern Lebanon Vikings on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Crusaders in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost five in a row.

Gabe Garcia made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one triple and one run. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season.

Lancaster Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Northern Lebanon, their record now sits at 15-2.
