Argonia extended their winning streak to 11 on Friday, bumping them up to 13-2. They blew past the Oxford Wildcats 46-16. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Argonia to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lindsay Coleman, who posted 15 points in addition to eight steals and five assists. The contest was Coleman's third in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Bailey Haines, who scored nine points along with six steals and five rebounds.

As for Oxford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11-1 record this season. While losing is never fun, they can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 313th, while Argonia is ranked 83rd).

Oxford lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Savannah Whitson, who had six points in addition to five boards and three steals. Kennedy Hege also deserves some recognition as she grabbed her first steals of the season.

Argonia didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 63-26 victory against Udall on the 3rd. As for Oxford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-26 loss against South Haven on the 3rd.
