It was a good run, but IMG Academy Royal unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Inspiration Academy Red Lions. The matchup marked the Ascenders' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

IMG Academy Royal got a good showing from Richie Alvarez, who tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. What's more, Alvarez gave up only zero walks, the fewest he's had since back in March.
