Har-Ber faced Greenwood in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Wildcats narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Bulldogs 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

MAX STEWART looked comfortable as he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Har-Ber let DAVIS DYER and REESE CAVITT run wild. DYER went 1-for-3 with one home run, while CAVITT went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run. AIDEN EVANS was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Har-Ber's win bumped their record up to 22-6. As for Greenwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-7.

Coming up, Har-Ber will face off against Blue Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. Greenwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
