Softball Recap: Parrish Community Bulls vs. University Christian Christians
Parrish Community never let their opponents score on Saturday. They blew past the University Christian Christians 15-0. Considering the Bulls have won five matches by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
Sophia Mandarine looked comfortable as she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits (and not a single walk). That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February.

On the hitting side, Jersie Rohde and Hannah Lewis did most of the damage at the plate: Rohde went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs, while Lewis scored three runs while going 3-for-3. Those three runs gave Lewis a new career-high. Baylee Fields also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
Parrish Community kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as University Christian only managed five hits.
