Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Jaci Shultz and Raegan Brazier Lead Lawrence County to Victory + How To Watch

Lawrence County won the last time they faced Franklin County and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Rebels. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

One reason for the win was Lawrence County's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-17, 25-9.

Leading Lawrence County to victory were Raegan Brazier and Jaci Shultz. Brazier had 12 digs and two aces, while Shultz had five digs and one block. That's the most aces Brazier has posted over her last five matchups.

They weren't the only good servers: Lawrence County was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in three consecutive contests.

Lawrence County's victory bumped their record up to 19-11. As for Franklin County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.
