Volleyball Recap: Catholic Central Comes Up Short

Catholic Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Southeastern Local Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-17.

Catholic Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Southeastern Local, they moved to 4-18 with that victory, which also ended their 17-match losing streak.

Catholic Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Southeastern Local, they will take on Emmanuel Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
