Volleyball Recap: Lynwood Comes Up Short

Lynwood and Magnolia squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Lynwood had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Sentinels. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Lynwood had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 20-25, 25-21, 25-21.

Lynwood's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Magnolia, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-21.

Lynwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Magnolia, they have already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Channel Islands on the 3rd.
