The Suffolk Christian Academy Knights can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Bethel Assembly Christian Academy 53-25 on the road. The win was just what Suffolk Christian Academy needed coming off of a 64-39 defeat in their prior match.
When it comes to explaining why Bethel Assembly Christian Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is McKinley Conner. Despite the final result, he scored nine points along with ten rebounds and two steals. Conner is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games he's played.
Suffolk Christian Academy's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-13. As for Bethel Assembly Christian Academy, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Suffolk Christian Academy will square off against Summit Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bethel Assembly Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Victory Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
