Basketball Game Preview: Addison Knights vs. Arkport Central Bluejays

Addison hasn't had much luck against Arkport Central recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Addison Knights will take on the Arkport Central Bluejays at 7:15 p.m.

Addison is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Thursday. They had to suffer through a 77-23 loss at the hands of Jasper-Troupsburg. The match marked the Knights' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Arkport Central was fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Campbell-Savona 67-26. The Bluejays have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 33 points or more this season.

Arkport Central's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Addison, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11.

Addison came up short against Arkport Central in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, falling 55-51. Can Addison avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
