After losing to Valley View the last time they met, Scranton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Knights walked away with a 4-1 win over the Cougars on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Scranton's victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Adrian Hernandez, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. That double marked the first that Hernandez has hit this season.

Scranton picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Valley View, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Scranton will face off against rival Delaware Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Valley View is set to challenge their familiar foe Scranton Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
