Basketball Recap: Larkin Comes Up Short

Larkin saw some tournament action on Saturday. They were beaten by the St. Patrick Shamrocks 76-34. The Royals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Larkin's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for St. Patrick, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Larkin and West Chicago will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Larkin is facing West Chicago at the right time seeing as West Chicago is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for St. Patrick, they will venture away from home to take on Joliet Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
