Volleyball Recap: South Sevier's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

South Sevier entered their tilt with Salt Lake Academy on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Griffins with a sharp 3-0 victory.

Kinsey Parsons paced South Sevier's offense, picking up 14 kills. Parsons got some help from Cooperlynne Green and her 27 assists. Green was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

South Sevier now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Salt Lake Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Coming up, South Sevier is taking a road trip to face off against North Sevier at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Salt Lake Academy, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
