Los Angeles entered their tilt with Santee on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 7-2. The match marked the Romans' most dominant win of the season so far.

Los Angeles' victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Carlos Tamayo, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4. Another was Freddy Vasquez-Salcedo, who scored a run while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances.

The win got Los Angeles back to even at 3-3. As for Santee, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Los Angeles beat the Falcons by a score of 12-6 on Friday.
