Atascocita is 10-0 against North Shore since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Atascocita Eagles will host the North Shore Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Atascocita is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Kingwood just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 1-0. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 110th, while the Mustangs are ranked 24th).

Meanwhile, Saturday just wasn't the day for North Shore's offense. They lost 6-0 to Kingwood on Saturday.

Atascocita's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-4-1. As for North Shore, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything went Atascocita's way against North Shore in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, as Atascocita made off with a 5-0 victory. Will Atascocita repeat their success, or does North Shore have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
