Basketball Recap: River View Takes a Loss

The River View Raiders might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Greenbrier West Cavaliers an easy 57-34 victory. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

River View now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Greenbrier West, their win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

River View will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clay County on the 31st. As for Greenbrier West, they are taking a road trip to square off against Gilmer County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
