Recap: South Side Rams vs. Bentworth Bearcats
The South Side Rams scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Bentworth 75-46 at home. The victory made it back-to-back wins for South Side.
Bentworth's loss came despite strong showings from Ben Hays and Ryan Moessner. Hays scored ten points, while Moessner scored eight points along with five assists and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Moessner has scored all season. Aiden McMurray was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with five rebounds.
Even though they lost, Bentworth were working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
South Side now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Bentworth, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Side will stay at home for another game and welcome Western Beaver at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th. Bentworth will be home for the holidays to greet Frazier at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
