Basketball Recap: Bolles Comes Up Short

Bolles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 60-55 heartbreaker at the hands of the Riverside Generals. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Bulldogs came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 113th, while the Generals are ranked 340th).

Bolles' record now sits at 5-5. As for Riverside, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

Bolles will take on Windsor Forest in a holiday battle at at 8:00 p.m. on December 20th. As for Riverside, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Tocoi Creek at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
