Baseball Recap: Houlton Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Houlton's offense. They came up short against the Caribou Vikings on Tuesday, falling 16-0. The Shiretowners just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Houlton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mark Thibodeau, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Houlton's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Caribou, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Houlton will host Calais at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Caribou, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hermon at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
