Football Recap: Shiloh Comes Up Short

Shiloh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 17-14 heartbreaker at the hands of the Woodward Academy War Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Generals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 195th, while the War Eagles are ranked 38th).

Despite the loss, Shiloh still got an impressive performance from John Wilson, who rushed for 87 yards on only nine carries, and also threw for 83 yards and a pair of TDs.
