 First Flight stacked  a  fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Reidsville Rams as the First Flight Nighthawks made off with  a  12-2 win. Winning may never get old, but First Flight sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
  Jordan Kempton spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered  just two earned runs on seven hits and racked up eight Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Dillon Francis, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Fionn Reilly, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 First Flight's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Reidsville, they are  on  a  ten-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-10.
 First Flight will head out on the road to  challenge  J.H. Rose at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. J.H. Rose is on a six-game streak of home wins, First Flight a five-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the field. Reidsville will take on Walkertown at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
