Basketball Recap: Santa Teresa Takes a Loss

Santa Teresa was the 91-80 winner over Leigh when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Santa Teresa Saints received a blow on Wednesday as they fell 78-63 to the Leigh Longhorns.

Santa Teresa's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 10-11. As for Leigh, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-8.

Santa Teresa will challenge Christopher at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Santa Teresa knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Christopher likes a good challenge. As for Leigh, they will take on Willow Glen at 7:00 p.m. on February 12th.
