Softball Recap: Belle Plaine Takes a Loss

Belle Plaine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 12-1 to the Grand View Christian Thunder.

Belle Plaine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Grand View Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season.

Belle Plaine has already played their next matchup, a 12-5 loss against Colfax-Mingo on the 9th. As for Grand View Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-5 victory against Perry on the 9th.
