Kings Park has gone a perfect 4-0 against Hampton Bays recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Kingsmen will head out to face off against the Baymen at 4:00 p.m. Kings Park will be strutting in after a win while Hampton Bays will be coming in after a defeat.

Kings Park had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the six-run drubbing they dealt Smithtown West on Saturday. The Kingsmen were the clear victors by a 13-7 margin over Smithtown West. 13 seems to be a good number for the Kingsmen as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

The team relied heavily on Madeleine Cooper, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and one stolen base. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. Another player making a difference was Emma Lombardi, who went 3-for-5 with three runs, three RBI, and one double.

Meanwhile, Hampton Bays was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Miller Place, falling 9-2.

Hampton Bays saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kira Clinton, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Hampton Bays' defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Kings Park, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.

Kings Park skirted past Hampton Bays 5-3 in their previous matchup back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Kingsmen since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
