Illiana Christian won the last time they faced Munster and things went their way on Thursday too. The Vikings put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 3-0 win.

Illiana Christian was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-18, 25-19.

Their offense was headlined by Josie Balkema and Emma Martin, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Isabella Borrero and her 15 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Munster's loss came despite strong showings from Kristina Kantar and Leah Selin. Kantar had 12 digs and two aces, while Selin had 11 digs.
