With a playoff win on the line, Rich Township rose to the challenge on Monday. They snuck past the Kenwood Broncos with a 70-65 win. The victory was nothing new for the Raptors as they're now sitting on six straight.

It was another big night for Al Brooks, who dropped a double-double with 27 points and 15 rebounds. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last 11 games he's played. Jamson Coulter was another key player, going 5-for-11 to rack up 17 points.

Rich Township's win bumped their record up to 26-8. As for Kenwood, they moved to 31-2 with that defeat, which also ended their 19-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Rich Township will challenge Warren Township at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Warren Township knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 16 games -- so hopefully Rich Township likes a good challenge. Kenwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
