Basketball Recap: Christ the King Find Success

It's playoff time, and Christ the King had no trouble coming through when it counted. They managed a 43-39 victory over the Francis W. Parker Colonels on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Gladiators also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Despite the loss, Francis W. Parker still got an impressive performance from Spencer Dunbar, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 16 boards. That's the most rebounds Dunbar has posted since back in December of 2024.

Christ the King's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Francis W. Parker, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-20 record this season.

As of now, neither Christ the King nor Francis W. Parker have any future games scheduled.
