Jennings can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They won by a run and slipped past the St. Louis Catholic Saints 2-1. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Hudson Dupuis spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on three hits.

At the plate, Jayden Benoit was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Maddox Hebert, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Jennings' victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 11-13. As for St. Louis Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-17.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jennings will venture away from home to square off against Westlake at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Louis Catholic, they will head out to face off against Erath at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
