Shoemaker is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Akins, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Shoemaker has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Lockhart on the 11th. As for Akins, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Lehman on the 14th.
