Baseball Recap: Newbury Park Comes Up Short on the Road Against Chatsworth

Newbury Park kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the Chatsworth Chancellors by a score of 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Panthers have suffered since April 19, 2024.

Newbury Park saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Owen Meli, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.
