Soccer Recap: Hoover Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Hoover's game on Saturday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Crescenta Valley Falcons by a score of 1-0. That makes it the first time this season the Tornados have let down their home crowd.

Hoover's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-3-2. As for Crescenta Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3-1.

Hoover didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Burbank on the 28th. As for Crescenta Valley, they will host Muir at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
