Basketball Recap: East Ridge Triumphs

East Ridge lost to Edina back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The East Ridge Raptors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 68-66 victory over the Edina Hornets.

East Ridge is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for Edina, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Ridge will square off against Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Park's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Edina, they will take on St. Louis Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Edina knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine contests -- so hopefully St. Louis Park likes a good challenge.
