Volleyball Recap: Prospect Makes It Five in a Row at Home

Prospect had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Pioneer on Thursday. The Panthers blew past the Mustangs 3-0. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Mustangs back in March, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Prospect not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Pioneer between 17 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-19, 25-18.

Prospect's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-9. As for Pioneer, they moved to 13-4 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
