Softball Recap: East Prairie Comes Up Short

East Prairie fell victim to Neelyville and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 15-0 to the Tigers. It was the first time this season that the Eagles let down their fans at home.

East Prairie's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Neelyville, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Prairie will head out to face off against New Madrid County Central at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Neelyville, they will challenge Ellington at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
