Football Recap: Pinckney Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Pinckney was the 24-18 winner over Tecumseh when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates took a 31-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Pirates can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 334th, while the Indians are ranked 141st).

Jax Raymond threw for 89 yards and one TD. Easton McGlothin was his top target, picking up 53 receiving yards. On the ground, Henry Taube rushed for 41 yards.

Pinckney's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Tecumseh, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
