Seabreeze proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs 3-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Sandcrabs, who have now won six matches in a row.

Seabreeze was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (109-105), but they still managed to win. The match finished with set scores of 30-28, 25-20, 14-25, 21-25, 15-11.

Leading Seabreeze to victory were Lilli Litz and Victoria Kenyon-Gonzalez. Litz had 38 digs and four aces, while Kenyon-Gonzalez had nine digs and four aces. Litz is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 11 games she's played dating back to last season.

Seabreeze's record now sits at 6-0. As for Flagler Palm Coast, they suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 2-8.

Coming up, Seabreeze will venture away from home to take on Deltona at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Flagler Palm Coast, they will host Menendez at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
