Arlington Christian's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Davon Aikens, who scored 16 points along with 7 rebounds and 5 steals. Aikens scored a full 28.6% of Arlington Christian's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylen Taylor, who scored 18 points.
Cumberland Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season. As for Arlington Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

As for Arlington Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Carrollton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Carrollton has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 214 points over their last three matches.
