Baseball Recap: Henryville Takes a Loss

Henryville lost against Austin back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hornets came up short against the Eagles, falling 13-1. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Henryville saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dustin O'Bannon, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. O'Bannon is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last six games he's played.

Henryville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Austin, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 3-7.

Coming up, Henryville will face off against Borden at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Austin, they will head out on the road to challenge Lanesville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
