Softball Recap: Evansville North Huskies vs. Evansville Harrison Warriors

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Evansville North had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Evansville Harrison Warriors 12-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 7-1 win on May 12th.

Evansville North got a great performance from Lily Elliot as she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Elliot has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.
