Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Rose-Wolcott). They put the hurt on the Midlakes Screaming Eagles with a sharp 10-3 win on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Cougars, who have now won three games in a row.

The team relied heavily on Evan DeWispelaere, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Stephen Robinson, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

The win got North Rose-Wolcott back to even at 9-9. As for Midlakes, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

As of now, neither North Rose-Wolcott nor the Screaming Eagles have any future games scheduled.
