Immanuel had to settle for second on Tuesday, but Amanda Herrera sure wasn't going down easily. Herrera turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out nine batters over 6.1 innings while giving up three earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Herrera and Immanuel will venture away from home to take on McLane at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
