Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Summit). They blew past the American Leadership Academy Eagles, posting a 54-15 victory. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

South Summit's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bryce Pulver led the charge by rushing for 116 yards and a pair of TDs on only five carries. Pulver's longest rush was for an impressive 57 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Another passer making a difference was Ian Mair, who threw for 182 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 passes.

South Summit's run defense was locked in: American Leadership Academy could only muster 2.2 yards per carry. The team can thank Theus Reed for the heroic effort on defense: he. The Wildcats will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 39.63 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for American Leadership Academy, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Layton Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m.
