Military Magnet Academy had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Denmark-Olar Vikings with a sharp 57-36 win on Thursday. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Danariyah Williams was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 14 points and 17 boards. That's the most rebounds she has posted since back in December of 2023. Mariah Brown was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

Military Magnet Academy is on a roll lately: they've won 18 of their last 20 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 59.7 points. With the loss, Denmark-Olar broke their 12-game winning streak and moved their record to 23-5.
