Soccer Recap: Luling Takes a Loss

Luling managed to keep up with La Grange until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Luling Eagles lost 5-0 to the La Grange Leopards. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 12-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Luling now has a losing record at 1-2.

Luling will welcome Long Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for La Grange, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Columbia at 1:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
